For orders over $75.00 our system automatically calculates Free Shipping regardless of geographic location, therefore we must manually add the appropriate shipping cost, as outlined above, to your final invoice value if your shipment address is in Canada. Please note that international shipments may attract duties and taxes according to your country import regulations.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are normally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri), depending upon product availability. Most Standard orders are delivered within 1-8 business days (Mon-Fri) from the order's ship date.
Priority Shipping
- Priority orders placed by 10am PT on a business day (Mon-Fri) will be processed and shipped the same day, depending upon product availability.
- Priority orders placed after 10am PT on a business day (Mon-Fri) will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- Most Priority orders are delivered within 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri) from the order's ship date.
- We're sorry, orders destined for PO Boxes and APO/FPO locations are not eligible for Priority Shipping Service.
Overnight Shipping
- Overnight orders placed by 10am PT on a business day (Mon-Fri) will be processed and shipped the same day, depending upon product availability.
- Overnight orders placed after 10am PT on a business day (Mon-Fri) will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- Overnight orders are delivered within 1 business day (Mon-Fri) from the order's ship date.
- We're sorry, orders destined for PO Boxes and APO/FPO locations are not eligible for Overnight Shipping Service.
All orders are shipped from Oregon, USA.
Rules and Restrictions
- Myalchemilla.com currently ships to all states in the United States and Canada, including Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands.
- We do not currently ship internationally apart from Canada.
- If you wish to make a special international order inquiry, pleaseCONTACT US for further information.
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Alchemilla's business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- Some items sold by Alchemilla require special handling as specified by international, federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Alchemilla, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.
Shipping to APO/FPO and PO Box Addresses
Most items may be shipped to a PO Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions may apply.
Shipping to US Territories, Alaska and Hawaii etc.
Alchemilla accepts orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Territories Puerto Rico, Guam and US Virgin Islands. Most items may be shipped to these areas, but some restrictions apply. For more information on Shipping that is not covered above, pleaseCONTACT US .
Shipping to Canada
** Free Shipping offer is currently not valid for delivery to addresses in Canada.
