Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

Most orders shipped via Standard Shipping are processed and shipped within 3 business days (Mon-Fri), depending upon product availability. Most Standard orders are delivered within 5-7 business days (Mon-Fri) from the order's ship date.

Priority Shipping

Priority orders placed by 10am PT on a business day (Mon-Fri) will be processed and shipped the same day, depending upon product availability. Priority orders placed after 10am PT on a business day (Mon-Fri) will be processed and shipped the next business day. Most Priority orders are delivered within 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri) from the order's ship date.

Overnight Shipping

Overnight orders placed by 10am PT on a business day (Mon-Fri) will be processed and shipped the same day, depending upon product availability. Overnight orders placed after 10am PT on a business day (Mon-Fri) will be processed and shipped the next business day. Overnight orders are delivered within 1 business day (Mon-Fri) from the order's ship date.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Alchemilla's business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Some items sold by Alchemilla require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Alchemilla, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.

Shipping to APO/FPO and PO Box Addresses
