Returns and Exchanges Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your purchase from MyAlchemilla.com. We pride ourselves on the impeccable quality and effectiveness of our natural skin care products, and we understand that sometimes not everything works for everyone, which is why we gladly offer a 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the items within 60 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (see guidelines below). We will be happy to remit your account for the cost of the items purchased, or exchange them for another product that better suits your needs.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEMS
Use the Return Form on the back of the Packing Slip that accompanied your merchandise shipment. We provide a pre-addressed return shipping label for your convenience.
- Complete the Return Form, indicating item(s) being returned and reason(s). If an exchange is required, fill out the required exchange information.
- Pack your merchandise with your Packing Slip. Affix the return address label.
- Return the goods using insured USPS Parcel Post or a trackable courier.
- We will process your return within 3 days of receipt, though it may take longer to appear on your statement (depending upon your bank).
- Exchanges are shipped Standard Ground (and assessed our flat rate shipping fee if replacement order is under $75). Processing and transit time for exchanges is usually 5-9 business days from the time the returned goods are received.
- An email will be sent to confirm the processing of your return or exchange request.
Only products purchased at myAlchemilla.com may be returned to us for refund or exchange. If your purchase was made at a retail location, please make returns at that same location.
We regret return shipping fees are not refundable unless merchandise is received damaged or we made an error. For damaged goods, please see section on Damaged Items.
We ship freshly batched goods that are expected to have a shelf life of a minimum of 12 months from receipt. We cannot accept returns on items that have spoiled due to inappropriate storage (eg. left outdoors/unclaimed shipments left in the heat for extended periods of time, items stored in direct sunlight).
Skin and Body Care Products
We accept returns on skin care, body care and herbal remedies that contain at least 75% of their original content (that is, we do not refund products that have more than this amount used).
Aromatherapy and Essential Oils
Essential oils and Essential Oil blends must contain at least 95% of their original content and will be eligible for online store credit only.
We do not accept returns on aromatherapy diffusers or diffuser pads unless they are faulty.
We do not accept returns on used accessories, eg. Tube Wringer, Sponges etc., unless they are unused in their original package or faulty.
If returning an item that qualified you for a bonus gift, please include the bonus gift with your return. If you choose to keep the bonus gift, your account will be charged for its value.

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.
It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please
CONTACT US immediately. Please provide the Order Number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
