Damaged Items


Returns

Alchemilla manufactures some of the highest quality and most effective natural skin care products available. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee*. Simply return the product and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase or, if you prefer, exchange your purchase for another Alchemilla product that better suits your skin.

For faster processing of your exchange or refund, please complete the return form and use the pre-printed return labels that come with your order. We will contact you within 5 days of receiving your return package to help you select a product that works better for your skin.

*Please note: We do not accept returns on items that are missing more than 25% of their content. *We cannot accept returns of opened essential oils or essential oil blends. Promotional free shipping charges, other discounts and gift with purchases are only available on orders that still qualify for the promotion, less the return.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  • Please fill out the Return Merchandise section on the back of the packing slip (the packing slip is enclosed in your original order) and place it inside a return package. Be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records. If an exchange is desired, please fill out the exchange information and include your credit card number.

  • For your convenience, return labels are affixed to the bottom of your invoice. They contain information that will help us identify your original order. Attach a return label to your package or send to:

  • For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend you send your return via insured Parcel Post or UPS. We regret that shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances. In the case of damaged goods, please refer to Damaged Items.

  • Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping (a shipping fee of $8.80 will be charged). Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 10-15 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request. Please note: Only products purchased at myAlchemilla.com may be returned to us for refund or exchange. If your purchase was made at a retail location, please make returns at that same location. If you have questions about returns or exchanges, please CONTACT US.


Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.

It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please CONTACT US immediately. Please provide the Order Number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
