Ideas for Using Rose Essential Oil

Rose essential oil is considered non-sensitizing to the skin and is therefore widely utilized in aromatherapy for promoting relaxation, easing depression and as a mild sedative.

Being a very gentle essential oil, rose is suitable for use on the skin as a massage oil, in the bath (mix it with aromatherapy solubilizer first) and in a diffuser. As a simple but alluring fragrance, rose essential oil can be lightly diluted with a carrier oil, such as jojoba, and worn directly on the skin.
