Juniper essential oil is energetic and relieving. Its specific chemical composition makes it a warming oil which is useful for providing temporary relief from tired, aching legs and rheumatic or arthritic pain. Juniper's activity is especially cleansing. This highly stimulating essential oil can help reduce cellulite and increase lymphatic movement, effectively diminishing the fluid-filled tissues of swollen ankles and feet.
