Our Story

Our name, Alchemilla, comes from a small herb that is commonly known as ?Lady?s Mantle? or ?Little Magic One? or botanically known as Alchemilla vulgaris.

Derived from alkemelych, an Arabic word for alchemy, Alchemilla was believed to be a source of powerful magic by medieval alchemists, and each morning they collected the sparkling dewdrops poised atop its upturned leaves to use in magical potions.

We at Alchemilla know that all of life is deeply interconnected, and that our activities have the potential to bring about a cleaner planet, preservation of species, and a world that works beautifully for everyone.

Since our beginning, we have committed ourselves to using only pure ingredients in our products, never resorting to irritating chemicals that harm the body and the environment.
