The most 'medicinal' of all essential oils. A wonderful healing oil with powerful antimicrobial activity against all three infectious organisms: Bacteria, viruses and fungi. Promotes relief of symptoms of acne, cold stores and boils and is a powerful antifungal against ringworm and tinea.

Recommended Usage:
Vaporization; Inhalation; Bath; Compress; Massage; Spritzer
Contraindications: Sensitive Skin; Pregnancy; Epilepsy

Vaporization: Fill an oil burner dish with water and light the candle; add 6-8 drops of Essential Oil blend and enjoy the fragrance as the water heats.
Inhalation: Place 1-3 drops in a bowl of steaming water; cover head with a towel, lean over bowl and inhale, keeping eyes closed. Alternatively, apply a few drops and inhale directly from a tissue or hankerchief.
Bath: Add 10-15 drops of Essential Oil just before turning off the faucet. To disperse evenly through the water, mix with 10 drops Alchemilla Aroma Solubilizer.
Compress: Add 5 drops of Essential Oil and 5 drops of Alchemilla Aroma Solubilizer to 2 cups hot or cold water. Briefly soak a cotton cloth, wring and place on skin. Repeat every 15 minutes for up to an hour.
Massage Oil: Blend 20 drops of Essential Oil with 1oz (30ml) of Carrier Oil.
Spritzer: To create your own personal body spritzer or environmental air freshener, add 15 drops of Essential Oil and 5 drops of Alchemilla Aroma Solubilizer to 2 fl.oz of distilled water. Shake well.
